Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are dispatched with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages may also be dispatched by express courier if this delivery method is selected at the time of ordering. The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected. When you receive your parcels, please check that the contents have not been damaged in transit. If you find that the contents are damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us. The carrier is responsible for the package until you accept it. The package will be returned to the sender at no extra cost.
Returns
Returns are accepted within the framework of the law n° 2014-344 of 17 March 2014 concerning the withdrawal of purchase (see our conditions of use)
Requests for withdrawal must be made by email to our customer service no later than 14 days after delivery of the package (the tracking of the package being evidence).
The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Items ordered with a voucher obtained during the prize-giving of a golf competition are not eligible for return within the framework of the withdrawal and cannot be taken back.
